  • Standard Delivery (within UAE): Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days.
  • Express Delivery (within UAE): Estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days.
  • International Delivery: Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen at checkout.

Please note that delivery times are estimated and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, customs clearance, or courier service delays.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

  • Domestic Shipping (UAE): Costs vary based on the delivery method chosen (Standard or Express) and the total weight of the order.
  • International Shipping: Costs are calculated based on the destination country, shipping carrier, and total weight of the order.

For international orders, any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in our shipping fees and must be paid upon delivery.

3. Delivery Locations

We currently deliver to the following locations:

  • United Arab Emirates (UAE): We deliver to all emirates within the UAE, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, and more.
  • International Shipping: We offer international shipping to countries across the Middle East, North Africa, and other regions, including but not limited to:

    • Qatar
    • Bahrain

    • Sudan
    • Russia
    • Other MENA region countries

4. Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, it will be processed within 1-2 business days. Processing time may vary depending on product availability and order volume.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and dispatched.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your delivery. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment in real-time.

If you haven’t received your tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact our Customer Support Team for assistance.

6. Failed Deliveries and Re-Deliveries

If our courier is unable to deliver your order due to incorrect shipping information or if no one is available to receive the package, the courier may attempt re-delivery or leave a notice with instructions on how to arrange for re-delivery.

  • For domestic orders (within UAE), after the second failed delivery attempt, your package may be held at a courier facility for collection. If the package is not claimed within the specified period, it will be returned to us, and additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
  • For international orders, please ensure that someone is available to receive the package. Additional customs fees or storage fees may apply if the package is held by customs or the courier service for an extended period.

7. Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Customs clearance procedures (for international orders)
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Strikes or disruptions in courier services

If your order is delayed, we will do our best to notify you as soon as possible and provide updates on the status of your delivery.

8. Damaged or Lost Deliveries

In the event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@nagtgroup.com or call +971 4 8866 133 with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with the courier service to resolve the issue and either replace your order or provide a refund, depending on the circumstances.

  • Damaged Deliveries: Please provide photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging to facilitate the investigation process.
  • Lost Deliveries: If your tracking information shows that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us, and we will investigate the issue with the courier.
